Goji Fennel Slaw
Activated ingredients fennel and goji help rebuild the gut used by herbalists to aid digestion.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 fennel bulb, including some of the feathery top shredded
  • 1/3 of a goji berries
  • 1 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of  sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • extra Virgin Olive Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Slice the fennel very thin.
  • Put into a bowl and add in the pumpkin seeds, goji berries, and sunflower seeds. 
  • Toss well.
