Kale Salad & Coconut Lime Cilantro Dressing

Joule Diet is based on 33 activated ingredients and kale is one of the power by plants superfoods!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Kale
  • 1/2 Spinach
  • 1/4 Arugula
  • 1 sliced green apple
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

For Dressing:

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, rinsed and packed
  • 3 tbsps fresh lime juice
  • 1 lime, grated zest of
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1.5 cup coconut flakes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • salt to taste
  • pinch cayenne pepper

COOKING TIME

10 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS for Salad

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl.
  • Mix.
  • Marinate salad with dressing

INSTRUCTIONS for Dressing

  • Add all ingredients into a blender
  • blend for 1 minute
