This one is super easy filled with ingredients that fight inflammation. Make this recipe for 3-servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • (3-4) cups water depends on the texture preference
  • fresh organic lemon juice
  • add honey or maple for sweeter taste
  • 1/4 fresh ginger
  • Pinch of Cayenne

Instructions

Toss into the blender Blend for around 1 minute or less
