Carrot Ginger Soup

Ginger is amazing. It has been used to help alleviate motion sickness, nausea, and bloating. It has been used to help headaches as well. This recipe is easy to make. Requires a blender and ingredients. that's it.

 

Ingredients

  • (1) cup carrots
  • (1) inch fresh ginger
  • (1) tablespoon coconut oil
  • (1) tablespoon parsley
  • (1) teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • (1) teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • (1) cups water or veggie broth (add more water for thinner consistency)

Instructions

In vita-mix, combine all ingredients and puree on medium until smooth, 2-3 minutes
