Energizing Chia Pudding

Cacao is a sacred ingredient surrounded by ceremonies that have been said to bring clarity around love, work, and intuition. After learning all this superfood can do to heal inflammation and balance hormones, it made sense to create a pudding for an extra special treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 and 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1 and
  • 1/4 cups coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a 1-quart jar, combine 1 and 1/4 cups almond milk, 1 and 1/4 cups coconut milk, mixing well.
  • Add the chia seeds and 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 2 tbsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt into a blender and mix high speed for 1-3 minutes until completely smooth.
  • Close the jar tightly with a lid, and shake well to combine.
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Top with berries & almonds!
