Kale Detox Salad & Creamy Cumin Salad Dressing

Green is the color of the heart chakra. Align with your heart and you will be aligned with what makes your vibration high. Adding kale to your meal planning can help you take care of your body while taking care of business. 


COOKING TIME

10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup lettuce

For Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • pinch cayenne
  • 1/2 cup water

 

INSTRUCTIONS for Salad

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl.
  • Mix.
  • Marinate salad with dressing

INSTRUCTIONS for Dressing

  • In vita mix, combine all ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
  • Serve with Kale salad.
